Seeing as I've lost a number of friends and family to cancer I feel for what vinnie and his wife are enduring right now and I truely wish them all the best with their fight with cancer, I try to live as pure a life as possible by not eating meat and processed foods and sugar and salt and by not smoking,drinking,taking drugs and I also try to be active as much as possible as my personal experiences of loosing so many people close to me has really had a massive impact on me and I've taken it apon myself to be more sensible and responsible for my health as health is wealth as I always say,I don't know if many folk on here will share my outlook but the starlight reality is that cases of cancer is on the increase so it's something that will unfortunately touch the live's of many more people

knowledge is power so I implore you all to educate yourself about the consequence of bad lifestye and diet choices before its too late

niddrie might be classed as like a whole a world apart from the rest of edinburgh but I wouldn't go so far as calling it "abroad" dear lol I've lived abroad for 23+ years and I'm still living abroad
