Anyone out there recommend a remedy for a bad back? Possible pulled muscle but not sure! Alternatively Nyone offering massage?

best thing for back pains is to exercise the muscle they say rather than just lying about and hoping it will get better, a massage might help, or have a soak in a hot bath

Wrapped ice one minute then four mins heat then stretch.If no better, osteopath (registered). Forget physios.

Gentle movement too, otherwise there is a risk of splinting the affected area.

lay down on the floor and elevate your legs over a chair (dinning chair preferably) ensureing your body position represents the chair , stay there for 19 minutes do this twice a day

They gave me it in hospital early last year when I was wheeched in with medication related liver problems. I didn' t know if it was March or Thursday.

I have a cocktail to take every day, The main one being Dihydrocodeine, which has me like the duracell bunny during the day, and snoring by 7pm!
