Why are people, especially ladies so bloody ignorant on here?

send them a very polite message and they think it's ok to send messages back to you calling you ugly. no wonder this place gets a bad name.

Well I'm afraid there are lots of ignorant people on here, male/female/couples. There are also loads of wonderful people on here too.

Some don't have time to reply to 34524 messages a day so just delete. Some delete because the sender isn't their type.

I send the odd message to people I don't know once in a blue moon. I would say 70% of those lead to making a new friend. But then I am very selective.

So, block the rude ignorant ones, ignore the ones who don't reply and just keep trying.

As lots of people will tell you, be patient, you get out what you put in, try a social, try a club, maybe use the forum, maybe use chat. All different ways to get to know people

Some people are very blunt and straight to the point but I think you will find most people are decent people and not here to offend .

If your offended by these peoples comments are they really people you wish to send any time with anyway ?

There are many sorts of people on fab...good guys, bad guys, sneaky guys,you just got to grow a thick skin, look for the good guys and if anyone is rude, at least remember them, and block if need be. I block most, and there's only one I've not as I'm keeping an eye on them.

In all seriousness, if someone says something you don't like or vice versa just block and move on. I get hundreds of messages, with me sending a polite 'no thanks' and has ended with 'i wouldn't fuck you anyway' 'you're fat' etc etc, so men aren't any better.. I've gotten to the point where I just don't reply to people I'm not interested in

we cant count the number of messages we receive so there is no way we can answer them all. We answer the people we think are on our radar and who we think we would like to meet. Some people are absolutely terrble making absolutely disgusting remarks after we have declined their offer. So its block and move on.

I would never reply with a "you are too ugly" response. I try to respond to all messages and be polite if the person isn't what I am looking for. There are a lot of really lovely people on here. Don't let the minority spoil what could be a lot of fun for you and get along to some socials!

It only takes two mins to politely say you aren't my type or not interested etc. Better than ignoring as at least then you know what the score is and aren't left wondering if it was a bulk delete or a not interested delete.

Maybe it does only two mins but when you're doing that a dozen or so times everytime you log it it gets tiresome, especially when you're profile is fairly clear you're not looking for new friends.

I have learnt not to send send messages out randomly to many women as I have been told by a couple of friends that they find receiving too much mail very off putting, so I keep this in mind and choose carefully who I want to get to know. Only had a few blocked

I like to think that for me I can take rejection and guess that if indeed a reply was of an ignorant nature I would just still reply thank you and move on.

Seems to be nature of the beast on the site but for the ones who may send an ignorant reply back then only they can justify it to themselves. Unfortunately there are a lot of single guys out there who probably push the limits with a lot of women and couples that probably causes a lot of upset, not excusing it but perhaps a reason behind it.

I wouldn't be messaging asking for a reason. I can take a hint and don't want to spoil the site for anyone. I know the women get plenty of interest and can be as picky as they like. Maybe a not interested message would stop certain people repeatedly messaging you?
