It seems being nice n civil only get you blocked. What others thoughts on this????

Im civil to most though being nasty to some comes real easy these days , if your a civil person then be civil if they dont like it tough

People block for all sorts of reasons. Best piece of advice I've seen on here and can pass on is, chalk it up to experience, forget it and move on. Life's too short to dwell on the negatives.

I have found that either on this profile or my singles one I've very rarely been blocked. Recently it was a couple who arranged for me to go to theirs, when I got there I got blocked. The other was someone who took the huff at mistress & I having our profile. Other than that, no. I would say I am civil & polite & it doesn't end in being blocked. Just my experience ofcourse.

I'm only civil to those who are civil to me ,the rest I couldn't give a toss about and ignore.

I only ever block if someones been rude or abusive or just being an arse lol

I just think it costs nothing for manners, if someone doesn't like the look of you, the least they can say is, sorry but no thank you. The other point is, if that is their attitude, do you really want to be with them, I would treat it as a lucky escape xxxx

If we got ignored in a bar from a guy/girl we would not run home to our mates and bleat about it, I dont see the need for some to do so on this site.

I dunno what your on about, because im doing just fine and have yet to experience it

BUT, next time it happens to you....forget about it and dont give them a second thought (too many on here take it fully to heart)....block them and move on to the next

If your nice and civil and you tell someone your not into them why would they want to message that person again and why would you like another message from them asking when they know the answer would be no?

I think blocking someone who says no to you is ok saves a lot of hassle
