"We'll leave multiple voting for Zimbabwe and the likes Chris! " One of the things Ms Sturgeon said this morning was that no country which had gained independence in the last 50 years had turned out badly. Like Zimbabwe?

"Who gives a fuck,if cameron is in charge down in westminster we are gonna get fucked ,if salmond is in charge at hollyrood we are gonna get fucked" You've clearly a passion for what is right. Good news for you then! Salmond won't be in charge. He'll be done once independence is realised. Voting for independence IS NOT a vote for Salmond OR the SNP - it's a vote for real change, to govern our own affairs. To not, get fucked. Don't believe the very biased media we have up here. Vote No and you'll have Cameron again - or worse Miliband, who just seems to be pulling headline grabbing gimmicks out the bag the past few days. If you've a few minutes have a look at this. http://www.yesscotland.net/answers

The UK has served a purpose but is now irrelevant, past it's sell-by date. Do we really want (or need) to be governed by Westminster toffs for another 300 years..?

"Yes, cos we got 18 years of Maggie etc last time we said no" Maybe my memory is failing me but Maggie was in power from 1979 till 1990 which I think is 11 years. Somehow I don't think the country would be in the mess it currently is if Maggie was still in power.

"Not a debate but.. Do we have to have own currency? If we do will it be pound for pound or more/less ie the euro? Do we need to get Scottish driving licenses/ passports? Will we need to set up our own HMRC? And how much would all this cost?" 1. No, we would plan to use Sterling, as Falklands and Isle of Man do. It's in the rUks interest to keep that exchange low, if any. 2. Yes once your current one expires. 3. Yes, there was already plans afoot to extend income tax raising powers to the currently devolved parliament, so that would need to happen regardless. Obviously there would be no HM 4. Tell me a government that can accurately forecast how much anything will cost in 5-10 years time? What we won't have to pay for is Hs2, wars, nuclear weapons etc. The cost of hs2 alone would cover most of that.

" ...... What we won't have to pay for is Hs2, wars, nuclear weapons etc. The cost of hs2 alone would cover most of that." HS2 won't come to Scotland? Are you sure? Is that official SNP *policy? Where will HS2 stop then? *thats a bit unfair of me cos there's no official SNP policy on anything.

Correct it won't but as part of the UK we will be paying our share - and good point that it doesn't go to Scotland. So again paying for things that don't benefit the people. Bit like the Olympics, which killed the tourist industry here last year. Yes I'm sure. No idea if its SNP policy, could be a labour policy, or a Tory policy or even Tommy Sheridan - whoever is elected post Yes win. What I do know, and clearly one as well informed as yourself should also be aware, is that the plan for income tax raising powers for the SP have been put forward, by Labour I believe. For that they will require their own system. Don't assume someone is SNP because they vote Yes.

"Holyrood already has income tax raising powers - or it did until John Swinney forgot to renew the paperwork. 3p in the £ either way was the deal." True (ish), apart from the 'forgot' fabrication, thanks to an outdated and un-useable computer system left by the previous Labour government.

"Weird, why are Westminster so desperate to hold on to us? No benefit to Cameron etc according to them. So why? Same reason they have colonised us for 300 years. It benefits them, not us. We pay for everything now, more than pay for it. Scotland has potential to produce 40% of all European renewable energy. Mmmm know answer the question. Yes yes yes " That is precisely the point.... if Scotland is really such a drain on the Uk economy why is Westminster so desparate to keep Scotland in the UK..? If Scotland is really subsidised by Westminster why would they want to keep hold of us..? I hope Scotland votes YES, but I don't see it happening.... because the big bad Westminster scare-tactics machine will once again frighten off the waverers.... and MaMa Englands' Cameron-Clegg-Milliband clones will whip Scotland back into line, where it belongs....! As they say... you get the politicians you deserve...

"......... Scotland has potential to produce 40% of all European renewable energy. ......... Potential doesn't pay bills." Nope, tourism, creative industry, digital industry (who is all playing GTAv right now?), whisky, and others along with energy industry and not needlessly spending £57bn on illegal wars will.

" And where does the Rockstar Games money go?" Go on then? Where does it go? Biggest games producer in Scotland (rockstar north remember, not Rockstar, although in the same group) and I'm pretty confident it hoofs a fair amount of tax in the coffers. However, getting any of them to speak is a different matter. Your other question? Think its a question? £37bn was the figure as of this year for combined efforts. Obviously these aren't done, so that will increase. Still not really sure what you're asking though.
