Hi there,Im more a lurker than a poster on here but with recent events in my life I feel id like to get my confidence back for meeting people and maybe attending a social.I have had 3 lots of major surgery this year and lost my confidence,nerve and feeling quite isolated.Is there going to be a social in the central belt area that maybe I could go to and start to build up the process as to where id feel comfy with my body to start meetings again x

more north lincs than mids!

The socials are advertised in the Scotland forum so it's really just a case of keeping your eye open for them.

Some of them are evening do's, some are afternoon lunches.

I'm sure the organisers will make sure that you are welcomed

Hi there there's a social in stirling on 1st nov.Full at the moment.But there is a reserve list.Drop me a wee message and I can let you know exactly what's happening.There's also a christmas social in Glasgow too.13th december.
