bad days

Anyone else have a have a day throughout the year that makes you feel down ? For me it was yesterday as my best friend and brother from a different mother died 3 years ago and every time I can't sleep on this night. Sorry for bringing the mood down or anything I guess that im just looking for some distraction and was wondering if anyone has any days like this ?

Yes your not on your own. I have the dad my dad passed away , which was the day after his dad's birthday and before fathers day, all over three days.

Also when Ian nearly lost his life from a horrific motorbike accident.

I just to think of the good memories and remember what good times I had with my dad.

Sorry for your loss.

The sleepless nights are hard. We all have these days in our calendar that we dread...full of memories and sad thoughts. Be strong...it will pass and tomorrow will be better.

It is good to remember though.

Yeh the day my mum passed away sept 11 a year before the twin towers in new York so every year u always get on the news not that i would forget that date anyway but it does make it a bit harder

London - till 25th

7th Jan. Buried my parents exactly a year apart. I get very depressed over christmas & new year.
