"as said priviously calorie control is the only one which will work the place most people slip up is portion control most people have the equivelent of two meals for dinner and all eaterys even though we think they are small portions have more than the amount required or be like me and have an over active thyroid cant put any weight on " this!! my hubbie filled up his bowl with muesli this morning, and it weighed in at 3x the actual portion, and was almost 500cals without milk. | |||
