to all you kind hearted bikers out there the Biggest easter egg run in Scotland is back on. So get the bikes out of hibernation

date 4th April

start Govan road

Time 1pm

now the blurb

this is a charity motorcycle run to aid Yorkhill Hospital and other childrens homes in the west of Scotland.

in the past there have been up to 9000 bikes and it is a great sight to see that many bikes on the street at one time. even better when you are on a bike. many of the bikers are in fancy dress and so are their bikes.

there is a face book page as well.

So a great day out for a good cause and a good time to meet other members from the site (

ok there are two posts for this . this one and one from declan and aimee. it does not matter where you post just make sure you can get there.

the start of the run might be getting changed as the knob ends at the council are haverin as to where to start the run it will either be south street or govan .

for all the information check the face book page that has all the details

this great charity event has now become a debarkle.

the original route was great for both the riders and spectators along the route. it is now going to be on a back road where there will be few spectators and will take about 11 minutes to do.

so if you were planning to go to govan to see the run off then dont bother as the starting point has changed to south street.

pissed off to say the least and im sure alot of folk from around scotland that were going to go will now not waste their time traveling a hundred miles to travel 3.8 miles

Wooo, had a great morning! I think Declan should now be classed as a celebrity with the amount of photos that we had to stop for! lol

Wish the route had been longer but it was still good
