When its time for beddy-byes, do you like complete silence, or have music or tv on? I've just got into bed (alone, booo!) & have music on quietly to drift off to.

An open window even in winter and black out curtains, a beds for sleeping or fucking in so no telly or any other distraction

I've grown so used to listening to music as often as possible that it feels slightly weird when I get to bed & there's silence. Something relaxing & quiet means I can drift off easily.
