The bitch (canine) next door is in season and I have the local randy balls (canine) whining out side looking for action.. now i know it's nature but it's doing my head in. Tried water spray but not deterring him.. Any advice ? I am Not helping him out so don't suggest it!!

I sympathise...used to own a proper randy little sod (canine..lol) but it became too much and the ultimate revenge (ta ta knackers) had to be taken for all our sakes. My son has never forgiven me but I swear the mutt never missed them and even seemed a whole lot happier.
