It is magical how a couple words can change your mood. A couple of nice words can make you feel warm inside. And from being down you can get lift. So way can't we on FAB have a day were we all have to say some thing nice to each other. Anyone want to give it a try ? To my friends here you,s have been my sunshine on a rainy day. Without some of you,s I would have give up on FAB. To MissD a big thank you for making me welcome at the socials on here. I hope I make the nights better. Or even if people get a laff at me dancing Well that mine xxxx

Words and thoughts change how you feel...

Your thoughts govern your feelings.

If you want to change how you feel then change how you think.....you know the wee voice inside your head...

Apparently we have between 20 and 25,000 thoughts per day....the more of these that are happy and positive the better we feel....

Amateur physcobabble over...but it is true...

I always try and be nice to everyone I come into contact with but some on here I don't even try with anymore .

If ppl are nice to me I'l be nice back if not I just block and ignore lol

Every day I am going to try and say something nice about someone. Today it a guy that works his sock off for this forum. Putting up thread to keep it going, you think how hard it is to think of things to say. So well done mate. Me for one think you do a great job. You have a great day BRU
