Toast both sides of a slice of bread,grated cheese on top as its just beginning to melt take out from under the grill,small sprinkling of pepper and a dash of worceatershire sauce and back under grill till golden brown.

Fuck getting hungry rhinking about it now pmsl

Have you tried it with just a little spread of Burger relish _under the Cheese... hhmmm

This was NEWS to Me.. but when i moved from Yorkshire to Live in Sunny Scotland some 2 decades ago..

I read a newspaper article in the daily record newspaper...

Apparently it was only Toasted.. if you put your Cheese Between Two Slices of Bread..... hope this makes sense..

It was Classed as Roasted.. if you cooked it under a Flame Gas cooker Grill..

Doesn't really matter is totally lovely anyway.... Especially with a bit Worcester sauce

But it's still toasted

Cheese on top of bread then toasted is toasted cheese

Cheese on top of toast is toast and cheese.

That's what I call all cheese and bread combinations x
