It been hard yes - but he is such a stuborn git he wont give in and is not lying down to it. He has made a remarkable recovery so far - hospital was thrilled with his progress, so now it time to rest but not too much - he needs to exercise the leg and arm to get full strenth back and sleep when he tired lol

We'd like go add our best wishes for a full and speedy recovery D and look after each other. The social cash will be more appreciated in some months time if you can hand it over yourself. Listen to J and the hospital. Be well, both of you. S&Mx

Just to let you all know Davy is home and safe. He had another turn last night and was rushed back into Hospital where they have now changed their original diagnoses from a stroke. This is good as he no longer will loose his HGV licence. He has a condition which causes something called - Hemiplegic Migraines - These give off the same symtoms as a stroke, like speach loss, numbess, weekness etc but it is not a stroke and everything should return to normal in a week or two.

We would both like to thank everyone for all the kind words and wishes

Glad to hear it's not a stroke and sorry to hear it's something that is still scary and unpleasant.

You still have to do as you're told by the doctors (and Jan) though

Take care xxx
