The male ‘mid-life’ or ‘change of life’ crisis has long been regarded an amusing anecdote; middle-aged men running off with the young secretary or purchasing a new red sports car…the reality is men can & do experience life-altering change due to decreasing hormone levels. We hear a lot about women on the change of life Any men seen a change over the years. I got fat which can happen as your body slows And give up on myself as being a sexy man any more So guys you got any changes
