Any ideas on a hotel or spa for a weekend away somewhere in the countryside???

We had a lovely night away in Dryman and stayed at the Dryman hotel, part of the bestwestern. They have a pool, gym and spa facilities too. We stayed just before Christmas last year, beautiful scenery.
