looking for a genuine back rub, was looking at physio but not paying over the odds, just to see if anyone is willing to help me out, im like a criple lol

If you et anyone, can you please ask them to do my back also, as im lying in bed with my back aching. think I will try a relaxing sauna or steam room though , if I don't get any offers. x x

Would suggest that if you are in real pain then fork out for a professional or you could end up doing yourself more damage.
