most fundamental aspects

For me, it has to be Applecross on the west coast or the wilderness of British Columbia and Yukon in Canada.

I live far enough out of the way to regard home as a bit of a getaway too.

Found a wee place near Banchory in Aberdeenshire. In the evenings all you hear are the birds and a nearby wee river.

Also, Loch an Eilein, Rothiemurchus near Aviemore.

A wee area on the east shore of Islandmagee in Northern Ireland, on a clear day you can see Arran and the Mull of Kintyre.

I can go to my friends houses, or have a cool shower, or very soon be abroad.

Benbecula, lovely beach, peace and solitude and if you want a bit of company the bar staff of local hotel are so lonely and craving youngish company they welcome you with open arms lol

A couple of days after my mum died, someone took me to a special spot by a river. It's not a secret place, just tranquil and fascinating. That's one of my chill place at home x
