Single men

Having had a spare half hour I thought I would have a wee search of the area I work in to see who plays.

One thing I noticed was profiles of men and woman that under the looking for heading have both "not looking for single men" but then in the same section say their looking for men.

I'm confused either you want a single guy or you don't, is there no way FAB admin can set the looking for options up so that should you choose one or the other it will block the other option for selection?

Simply put, some people get stupid amounts of mail from single guys & genuinely can't get through it all. So, they block guys from messaging them & then go have a look for themselves, messaging guys that tickle their fancy. It's not backhanded or devious, its just to allow them to find decent people.

Not to sure....often folks say what they dont look for within profile and that changes in terms of meet preferences....thats allowed...folk can change their minds...does'nt have to be either or.

It's just annoying when you search for female/couple that say their looking for a man then you get the "this person isn't looking for single males"

Yeah true people do and can change their minds/preferences but would it not benefit everyone if one option stops the other from being selected?

In a crisp poke on the A814

IF they have chosen "Not looking for single men" they shouldnt come up in your search.....

IF they do....Thats a glitch and you should be contacting admin...

If you see in my original post I've said that they say "Not looking for single men" and looking for

Its a message limiting thing or profile set up error by them. Generally if a guy has a profile declaring willing to meet anyone..anything. any age..anywhere he can still get zero intetest but if a couple were to say the same....utter chaos message wise.

Then you went on to say "This person is not looking for....." THAT indicates you have attempted to message someone with blocks on profile.....

Begs the ask,, if we all can get oodles of "no thanks" from folks actually looking for guys, why be surpsised at same kinda response from folk Not looking for single guys, and want the site to do various things to prevent you from accidently or otherwise messaging? Message expecting a No thanks, works for me,,lol
