Spread it over the burn areas

Leave for 15 / 20 mins

SHOWER - please remember this important step for the sake of the bed sheets

Then simply relax in a Burn Free, Self Satisfied condition

Thanks OP im going to try that as quite badly burnt despite putting on sun cream today,am i allowed to lick my arms after though
