Watched it and what he did and how he did it made complete sense. I am also on the hunt for a juicer along with offers at supermarkets on fruit and veg

Should be interesting once i get started.

Was about a guy tired of the shape/condition he was in....on various pills but he knew himself that losing weight may help.

60days of nothing but healthy food via juicing it...belly shrunk and health transformed.

Just watching it now on Ch 5. Not that I need to diet but I know folk that do & this could be interesting.

I personally found it a Inspirational and 'Real' documentary. Watching two grossly obese, sad and very unhappy people transform their life via food, the thing that made them Fat. I think ANY diet works I'd you stick to it strictly and continue it.

What I've found over the years, my body (like Joe) has changed from a size 12 to a 16-18 because of ill health. That its a lifestyle change, you have to be ready to dedicate you and your body to this change.

7 years of dieting, none worked. I now feel mentally ready to tackle my weight and this programme just inspired me further. I mean, WOW! Good for them

Im the heaviest i have ever been in my life. My circs are very similar to trucker phil on the programme...long hours, sitting..home late and making no time to exercise and chances to eat. I eat all the wrong stuff. And just like phil...swollen lower legs that make walking ache.

The whole idea makes great sense health wise, how often do we breeze into the supermarket and hardly bother with fresh fruit n veg, and certainly avoid the veg we cant be bothered trying.

Cant wait to get my juicer to both try new things and get healthier.

I watched it, really enjoyed it , to watch someone's life be transformed and get your health back just by juicing and a better outlook on life rather than using medication.

I loved the fact he went on to help the trucker guy,in turn him getting his life back and also helping others.

Seriously trying this out for myself.

Yes, the trucker, fair play to him, first impressions i thought he would try it then give up after a few days but it was superb to see his progress weeks later.

I bought a juicer when then this was on about 2 weeks ago but you need a blender as well for some thingw, started doing the diet and I've never felt better. He has a website rebootwithjoe.com with different plans.

Been doing this a week..not weighed myself, feel lighter, belly shrinking. Sleeps better. But not doing it exactly as shown on tv.

A mean green juice in the morning, salad for lunch, healthy dinner. Its not possible to create a fresh juice mid day, headaches gone after day 4.
