Offended when someone mentions something youre not into?

I simply say its not for me and move on in the conversation. I thought this was the common thing, but just heard from someone that its usually a blocking offense?

If you cant be honest about what you like on a site like this, where can you?

Why would they forget and mesaage you again?

I use it all the time... not cos I'm nasty... just incompatable.

Doesn't offend us. Surely that's the point of communication. If we were planning to meet someone who was into something we weren't, we'd just say that's not for us and go from there.

People use the block button for their own reasons. If i really didnt like someones kink i can see why blocking might be useful, means i wouldn’t need to field any more messages from them.

I dont often block though. Anyone on my block list has either been an absolute cnut or they blocked me…i then counter block 😂

Thats what I tend to use the block for but I guess you're right. Makes sense when I think about it. Heck I've been blocked for lesser reasons lol

If something mentioned gives me the real ick then I'll block with a private note. That tends to be more from updates than chats though.

If it's something I've been specific about on my profile then yes. The only other times I block is if someone isnt taking no for an answer or becomes abusive.

I block people who talk about bareback as they're not my people, but I'm not offended by it

People block for many reasons, I counter block myself if they do.

Each to there own tho and it's their right if they choose to do so

Too many people are easily offended these days or have an entitled attitude.

That's just my opinion

Just for the record, offending someone isn't a crime!! but you'd think it was by the person who is offended

Maybe some people don’t take an in depth look of a profile?

There are different things people want.

I wouldn’t be interested in a profile for ganbangs, dogging, fisting or an attitude that comes across as arrogant, so no point in messaging to something that’s a turn off.

I dont get offended, each to their own and all that, but if they are into something that is very definitely not my thing then I have sometimes blocked after Ive said "No thanks". It saves them messaging me again at a later date.

We all have different kinks. I wouldn't block someone for that, unless they had creepy/offensive taste.

I tend to block people are rude/abusive/dont take a polite no thanks for an answer.
