Been on and off here for 10+ years and a recent returnee.

Biggest change I've noticed this time round is the amount of people looking for bareback and the vids showing it.

Maybe it's my age but it's something I'd never risk and always play safe but sounds/looks like I'm in the minority.

So, is BB the new norm nowadays?

BB with those who are aware of the HIV and STD status can be very enjoyable. I use prep and doxy, I test regularly , have an open and upfront discussion, and accept the informed risk, while mitigating as much as possible with Prep, doxy, preventative measures, home testing kits, etc.,

It scares me how many people swallow random strangers cum, take part in gangbangs with randoms, creampie, anal all without protection. STI/HIV super spreaders. Where is the self respect?

Biggest turn off ever for us is not wearing protection. There’s absolutely no need for it and I don’t know why you wouldn’t.

Have fun and be safe is the only way.

On a side note. Men in a group scenario that just put one condom on. Do they realise it needs changed when you go to play with someone else?

I don't know if it's the norm as such, but I do certainly see a lot of people who message etc having photos on their profile of bareback sex. While having no issue with people who want to partake in that, it's concerning if they do so having multiple partners as it broadens the health risk so to speak.

Missy and I are Polyamorous. She is married and her husband also has one long-term partner. She and I have bareback sex, she and her husband do too as well as he and his other long term partner. But outwith that, protection is a must for us all and we're all regularly tested.

Most gay / trans are on prep / doxy and test monthly if sexually very active hence the monstrous reduction in hiv and now it’s the straights being the bigger issue in the older age bracket. Data from the 3 primary sexual health trusts

Self respect is not really a thing here as that can be applied to smokers vapers. Drinkers obese over eaters / unfit people etc just as equally

I think it just comes down to staying in your own lane as much as possible with people that are compatible to your way of sex risks
