Why oh why oh why have I been awake since 5.15am?!?!?!?!?!

Went to bed at 10pm last night as I was knackered and boom wide awake now!

Curtains, seriously,, daylight kicks in at about 4am,,and if light gets in, yer eyes sense it and you wake, saw a program on it.

I could agree with that if I didn't struggle to get up mon-fri at 7.30am when the alarm goes off but am always weakening early at the weekend!

Aye, i seem to do both,, wake like a spring lamb at 04.30,, see the clock, fall back asleep but wake at 6am but very un-spring lamb like, more craving another few hours sleep.
