Any time I've ever passed through its always been elderly beings that I see, if I see anyone at all.

Is there ever any action about?

Would love to know that it's not just another wee town that's dying out.

Dumfries Area

Its only a tiny village, there is young people but they would mostly be through to lockerbie and main dumfries for all day to day things like shopping or days out with the kids anyway

Far better place to grow up and have your childhood than inner cities or shit hole end of town quite frankly. Peace and quiet lots of countryside right around and having to walk to Lockerbie keeps you fit. Can't see a problem. I'll bet in years to come said kids will look back fondly of such a lovely wee village childhood. There always stuff to do if you use your imagination.
