FK area - wild swimming or naturist swimming

Morning all Fabbers.

The sun being out today has got me starting to look for recommendations for wild swimming/dipping spots. Does anyone have any suggestions for places in FK area, preferably around Alloa area but willing to travel.

Bonus points if it is somewhere I can shed the swim shorts and be free without running risk of offending anyone!
