Hi guys

We went in 2024 when the weather was fantastic.

It was a great event although the infrastructure struggled due to the increased numbers.

We hired a teepee tent (made it an expensive weekend) but had a lot of fun and met lots of people.

There were demos of massage, kink play etc during the day and live music at night.

The weather made it for us.

Try it for sure.

We've been every year and are going this year too. It just gets better each time! There's so much to do and we've made lots of friends through Swingathon. It's like our annual get together. Obviously, it's better when the sun's out, but one of my (Char) best times was when it was chucking it down outside. It is what you make it, so make it fun!!

Wear what you are comfortable in. You will see naked folks, people in Fetish gear, festival clothing, lingerie. There is alsorts.

Lots of people join in the fancy dress themes, which is always fun.

There are food vendors, a great bar at reasonable prices run by Daisy and Duke, live music, DJ's, demonstrations, retailers. Lots to do and loads of people to meet!

We posted about our previous issue with them yesterday on the forums and it got deleted!!! No explanation as to why. Just straight taken off. We did not write anything abusive. Just facts.

Because what has been said by the organiser of swingathon is absolutely despicable and we should all be calling out that kind of language and holding him (and any others who think that "banter" is acceptable) accountable for it

fun town

I’ve not seen the social media posts so can’t really comment on it as unsure what’s been said.

My only worry is we have very few people in the community who take positive actions and hold events or run clubs and festival where we all get to meet up away from the vanilla world but I have noticed we have a lot of people who are happy to tear down what other people have built for us.

I’m sure if the organisers wanted they could have just ran a music or food festival for the vanilla world and made the same type of money but they decided to run an event for our lifestyle.

So if we don’t attend this event is anyone planning on stepping up and running any others festivals ? I’m worried one persons views and opinions has ruined it for 100s of people not involved but wanted to be part of the lifestyle for a weekend.

Nobody cares... getting boring now. People who want to attend can attend. It has nothing to do with anyone else. These days "evidence" can be created using AI within minutes. If you go to your local shops/businesses and support them by buying things from them, do you do background checks on them before checking out with your items? Exactly... You dont, you know nothing about that person behind that business what so ever. We are attending, why wouldnt we? Its an amazing festival and the organisers are lovely people in my experience! So wheb people talk about swingathon, just move along and dont comment at all... you clearly arent attending

That’s a load of rubbish the people who have tried to tar this festival though jealous. The owner are great people and far from homophobic or racist.

They’ve worked hard every year and it keeps getting better. What I don’t understand if people have no interest in going don’t bother commenting on the post. Leave it for the people that do enjoy going there and don’t listen to all the rubbish that’s put over the Internet..

An outstanding job for the community continue to make it amazing every year for people from so many different backgrounds sexualities and cultures.

Can’t wait for swingathon 2026

We're really looking forward to it 🙌 Is there anything you think we should keep an eye out for that's particularly sexy? 😏

Yep, lots of fun can be had in your van or tent. Some of the best fun we had last year was on a picnic rug on the grass by the back of our camper and the queue to the bar. You can play pretty much anywhere.

A big smile, a good sense of humour and a positive attitude will set you up well!

Oooooh this sounds so much fun we cant wait

Mrs is hoping for some sneaky strangers to pop something through our tent window late at night 😆

She loves a creamy bedtime desert
