This seems to be more and more common.

Ive noticed a few where its actually the individuals picture which has just been enhanced, similar to a filter a guess.

But today I saw new profile appear that was clearly just fully ai. Rather than report this time, I messaged asking the question. Profile was quickly deleted.

Be careful out there folks.
