May as well go and eat worms

Just wondering if I’m absolutely terrible looking lol? I’ve sent lots of messages to people on here and not had much luck at all, when people have responded and we’ve swapped pics it usually ends with thanks but no thanks ha. I get that at the end of the day my looks aren’t going to be for everyone but it seems like they aren’t for anyone lol. And god knows im not Brad Pitt but I like to think im not sloth from the goonies either. I’ve had a couple meets on here and the verifications that they gave me were very positive, I thought that might make a difference but tbh didn’t at all really. Any advice on what im doing wrong would be appreciated. Or is it really a case of nobody likes me, everybody hates me might as well go and eat worms lol?

I don't think you're doing anything wrong, your problem is there are 1000 single guys to every one woman/couple who are actually looking for a single guy . It's a tough market

If you've had meets from here and getting positive verifications then you clearly aren't doing that badly

For every woman on here there are about 500 guys. When you send an email, it's buried in a pile that a lot of woman don't have time to go through, so even when you write out a nice message, it's not read.

Also with those odds, women can chose to be extremely fussy. People they may have met in real life are suddenly; too short, too tall, too thin, too heavy, too hairy, not hairy enough, then they get lost in the detail.

Tbh, getting a chat on here is an achievement, let alone a meet.

It's not always catered thay way, I find it extremely difficult to get a meet. Sure I have standards and expectations and delete according but outwith that when I do arrange meets I get stood up and ghosted by men OFTEN.

Hey thanks for your reply, honestly was looking for constructive criticism. A women replied in a private message with some constructive criticism helping me add to my profile and that has certainly helped. So if you’ve got any happy to hear it and will defo take it on board.

Hi thanks for replying. A few people have now said the the same thing about moaning and tbh it wasn’t really my intention at all lol that’s why I tried to add a bit of humour to the post with the eat worms thing ha. I was just looking for a bit of advice to maybe increase my chances of meeting people, if you have any would love to hear it. Tbf with some of the replies it would seem Im actually doing better than a lot of people.
