Aside from anything sexual, what do you find helpful to relieve built up frustration/anger/tension?

Ive just been to the bottle bank and taken a lot of satisfaction out of smashing a load of bottles and jars to smithereens. It was accompanied by quite a lot of swearing. It was really quite cathartic.

I find running helps. It gives me time to think things through as well as the health benefits that come with it.

I practice dances i've been learning, go for a walk, clean, practice mindfulness, journal, talk to a friend, hit a punchbag, blast music up loud and scream!

Talk it out in the mirror. Realize I look stupid angry. Held it in for years. So bad for you

Turn off social media for a while and let your head clear. Too many people staring at phones for too long - and yes I'm guilty of that as well.

Im currently internalising a lifetime of emotions with the hopes of one day exploding in a furious fit of rage resulting in copious amounts of destruction

You only have the one angry voice? I have a few, not all of them angry- I can give you a loan of a sarcastic one if your angry one is looking for a pal?
