Used citizen M a few times a number of years ago. Needed card entry but arranged to meet in bar or hopefully someone else staying. Always good to have the free R18 films on the TV as well but been told not available anymore.

Voco grand central,, no keycard needed to access the room corridors and rooms themselves are fine.

Location brilliant with a great bar too.

The juries you can just walk into the lifts and up to the rooms without any hassle.

We use the Crowne Plaza

Lifts are across from reception desk but also lift access on level-1

I tend to sit in bar area whilst my wife takes her meet upto our room

This still the case for Jury's as of recent? Planning to come up to Glasgow for a couple days in 2 weeks time. Jury's is like that in Newcastle but wanted to make sure before I book a room

It’s called the Leonardo Royal now and yes no card needed for lift you can go straight up

Yes, easy to get access to the rooms for any guests. Although when the football is on some times it can be busy and we have been asked to show the key card or if it's very late in the night.
