Coz Im keeping it clean and asking what kinda sweet spreads folk like on their sandwiches.

I lovvveeee lemon curd. Its yum! And strawberry jam as a second choice.

Ive never made any myself, nor tasted a home made lemon curd. Im sure I know someone who makes their own jams n stuff so will ask about it lol I dont trust myself to do it right!

My mother made her own Jam, marmalade & lemon curd. I have her lemon curd recipe, and make my own regularly.

Damson, if you're talking jam. Peanut butter has to be crunchy (great on black pudding) but often can't beat plain old butter.

If it were spread on you, Louise, I doubt if I'd much care what it was
