I dont believe that's true at all.

My own preference is for guys near my own age or a bit older,who are gentlemen & a bad boy when needed

One is about your overall basic manners.

The other is about how you play.

A gentleman can be exactly that, while being as filthy as you like in private. Just because you are having consensual filthy play doesn't mean you can't treat others with dignity, respect and manners... Does it?
