Log Cabin / Nice Hotel

Hi folks,

Looking for a bit of help if possible in a nice place to go for overnight.

I'm looking to go away for the night with a lady friend and I'm looking for somewhere no more than 2 hours drive from Glasgow City Centre.

Ideally it will be a nice log cabin or if you know of any hotels/appts with hot tubs etc or just a bit unusual from the bog standard room I would be very grateful.

Any good recommendations would be appreciated folk

Thank you.

dont mind staying the first night myself as its to collect the keys and to stay over after the drive with a wee beer will be cool but not into hanging about myself for the saturday as im a creature of a need to chat to folk and it will save me driving back down on sunday to drive straight back up again etc lol x

I know, but she's working the weekend up until early Sunday but ur wasn't too expensive so its fine.

If anyone has stayed at Piper Dam do u know if u park car car right next to your lodge the full stay or do you need to park away from lodge at a central parking area same as Centre Parcs etc?

Thanks
