Beard oils are ok, they're more for stopping the skin from drying out. Using a beard butter is better and a proper brush helps a lot

I used to love the King Gillette beard oil but it seems a bit harder to get these days. Used to get it in One Below but they've never restocked it.

Two years ago I moved from using supermarket brands to Braw Beard products. They're not cheap, but absolutely worth it. I use their beard wash, beard oils and beard butter.

Stuff off of shop shelves usually aren't great or even damaging for your beard, I usually get either brawbeard or West Cork beard products, oils and butters

I’ve not fond a beard oil that works, I use gel lightly, although I got frustrated and shaved the fucker off recently
