Personally I don't like the look. To me, they make a cock look angry? All veiny and red. Looks painful. I'd much rather a guy lasted 3 minutes than use one to last longer

I love mine with great results. I’ve rubber and metal, also had leather in the past.

My advice is start with rubber as it’s easier to use and then if you like go metal. When going metal you have to do measurements to get size right. No use it being to big and loose.
