Curious, has anyone met their partners via fab and if so, what was/has the experience been like?

Any partners I’ve had I’ve never been involved in this scene with but next time round I would.

The safest bet for that I guess would be meeting someone from here

I have never met a partner via Fab. I was on here with an ex many moons ago who I met outwith the site/scene. I have met people via Fab who I didn't have a connection with in person, but have remained friends and I am currently in a polyamorous relationship with someone and we'll be looking to dip our toes in the swinging pool at some point in the future.

I met one of my exes through here. Together 5 years. Our split was nothing to do with this side of things. Another I met away from here just as I was venturing into the scene. We were both on here in a loving, committed relationship for 4 years. Again split was nothing to do with here. I know of many who have met through here and are now in loving, committed relationships. Myself personally, I would not be interested in a relationship with anyone now unless I had met them through here or they had experience. It just isn't worth it. This is a lifestyle choice for me. I am a swinger. Not someone who uses this site between relationships xxx

Met someone a few years ago.. had a steady causal thing going.. was getting more and more serious witch was good till it came out she had been seeing a married guy with 3 young children for 6 years . The other guys ex found out and all hell broke loose ... called it off and stayed well away... shame she was a nice lass too .. but I'd say you don't keep secrets from a partner especially things like that .. had no problem with her having fun with other people and was hot watching. But you always be honest and upfront with anything in a relationship I would think ??

I have to totally agree, ive been single for a long time, but for me, if I were to enter into another relationship, it would definitely be from here. At least you know what people are about, well if they have a genuine profile, and mutually you would like to meet uo, socially,..just my thoughts.

I’ve always been really sceptical on this as I’ve heard the same story over and over with members that end up on a relationship only for one of them to still be active as a single (usually the guy).

That being said, two friends of mine met and have been together for about a year now. Literally perfect together as both are the nicest of people. It can certainly work

That's kind of the view I had when I joined the dating app where a met my current partner. To have someone to have a relationship, but to explore the world of swinging with at the same time. Things have taken a different turn in that I'm now partnered with someone who is Polyamorous and has a beating partner.

I met the love of my life here on Fab, 7 years ago. After a couple of months chatting I hid 2 creme eggs and a vibrator behind a tree in a layby in F's area and sent details of the location. "A bullet and chocolate! What every bad girl wants", she messaged. We met up a few days later! Little did we know how it would all turn out. We quickly created a couple's profile and it went from there. It was 3 years until we confessed that we'd broken all our rules and fallen in love. Properly deeply in love. The best sex ever and the closest I have been to anyone. 4 amazing years together. Sadly F passed away in my arms on January 2nd. I'm lost without her. The only consolation I can find is the depth of emotion and trust and good times we had together, the intimacy shared, and that we appreciated what we had whilst we still had it. Every day we felt blessed to have chanced upon each other here on Fab, and found more than we had bargained for. I miss her so much. I was lucky to have loved such a lovely person.

I met my partner on here in 2011 and been together since . It certainly helped knowing that each other had this side to us . there was no uneasy conversation to be had .

We understand that the both of us need more and monogamy isnt for us , we tried the monogamous vanilla lifestyle and we realised that suppressing this side of us didnt work .

What we have works for us as 14 years down the line we are still together .
