Im in agony, I had symphasis pubis dysfunction when pregnant and split my pelvis.

4 years on the ligaments can pull and tear v easily, and they have! So my pubic bone area is in agony and I've ran out of pain killers.

So wish mister could just kiss it better

Hope you get more painkillers to help asap!

I had SPD with my last two pregnancies and it was hell. Got to the point where I was crying whenever I walked lol could hear the bones clicking with each movement and it was agony.

Hope it heals up soon

Its the worst pain! I had it in 4 pregnancies as I never had much of a break in-between kids lol.

It will heal but meantime John Wayne has nothing on me lol.

What kinda painkillers you need - I've got just about most of them in the kitchen cupboard

I had a prolapsed disc last year and couldn't walk for 3 months

was hell!

hopefully tomorrow if it's my dr, last one gave me 30!! Totally sure they thought I was lying. My dr understands though!

im on tramadol for it as I can't take brufen due to asthma!

I've got wine tho
