You need good lube we use pjur anal comfort spray that relaxes the muscles spray it on about 10 minutes before you want to play and pjur silicone anal glide lube. Start very slow with small toys before going all in and it shouldn’t be sore your partner will need to go easy though to start off and reapply lube if it’s needed (mr)
