As it is my birthday and I'd like to have a party with my FAB friends I was wondering, if anyone is interested, would they be up for a social to help me celebrate?

Unfortunately to cover costs of buffet disco etc. I'd have to ask for £5 per person, any left over would of course be donated to a worthy charity.

IT WOULD SEEM THAT HOTELS ARE AT A PREMIUM THEN SO IF YOU CARE TO MAIL ME I WILL SEND DETAILS SO YOU CAN BOOK SOONER RATHER THAN LATER.

Hey Laine. Cheers for the list, managed to get booked into hotel too with 'You know who'. Looking forward to it too hun. Great chance to meet alot of people from the site. Because of the breach of trust with Sioux's social Stunna and I have decided on the following.

Will all those who have sent payment to me, and ONLY those who have PAID please mail Stunna direct.

She is in charge of security on the night. Therefore we think, as an extra precaution, you mail her direct with your username for the door list and if you are NOT on that list you don't get in.

Sorry to mess you about, but this is to make doubly sure we know those attending. It's a sad thing that we have to be so stringent but we don't want gatecrashers or nosey parkers there spoiling our night.

I understand what Hedocpl are saying but the way I understood Laines post was those of us who have paid should mail Stunna and she and Laine will compare lists, to make sure no one got missed out.

Maybe I was reading too much into what happened to the other social, mind you I am very disapointed to think someone would stoop so low as to cause this extra hassle and trouble.

emailed by them it will be run by laine 2 ensure

i just think you are both creating extra work and headaches for yourselves that`s all

would it not be wiser for laine to mail you stunna when the attendance list is finalised when everyone who is going has paid with the list of names in one mail rather than loads and loads from all the attendees and then cross checking mails with laine?

anyone missed off the list will have already been in contact with laine because they won`t have there venue details mail that is sent the week before so that issue will have been resolved with laine before your door list is sent to you

just my 2pence worth you guys are the organisers so you set the rules and run it how you see fit but we have organised a social before and been attending them for 5 years here and down south and i just felt you were creating unecessary work for everyone and yourselves and i felt if i could advise i would but i`ll wind my neck in if i`m talking pish lol

This isn't just to check no-one is missing off the list Mr Hedo but also to be sure no one tries to sneak onto it either.

If I have one list, Stunna has the other, we can cross refer with each other and make sure no-one gets details of the venue unless they are on both lists.

It also keeps me right too so I don't make a mistake when people ask for the venue address, I have so many mails and so many lists I don't want to cock up......I'm working alone here so a little help from Stunna is always welcome!
