Im off to the Dam soon, want to avoid the usual tourist bars and "sex clubs" any tips or advice would be great.

Floating Chinese restaurant up at the top near the train station is amazing looks like the casino in skyfall Jame’s bond film. Watch out for bikes. Shops aren’t bad.

Tbh grab a train and go to Utrecht or similar as Amsterdam isn’t the best but that’s just my opinion.

Boat tours with a romantic meal is very nice.

Chips with mayonnaise things nice - other than that walk about and enjoy

First time I went to Amsterdam our group went to the floating Chinese and had an amazing meal.

Walked out to a massive train crash, on train on top of the other. Dam square closed and major incident plan in place.

Didn't hear a thing inside while we were eating🙈

It was all very surreal

We are off to Amsterdam next Saturday for 4 nights. We will definitely look in to this Chinese restaurant. Also hoping for some naughty fun too.
