Glasgow

Where and Why?

Aberdeen

I like the quieter and more relaxing pace of life, so I’d say any of the following:

St Andrews

North Berwick

Bruntsfield or Stockbridge in Edinburgh

Pitlochry

Dunkeld

I’d plump for St Andrews though.

Id prefer where there's more younger vibrant, active, social, and glad to be living than just geriatric dog walkers waiting to die..so I prefer Glasgow

Near Glasgow

A wee chilled out village, walking distance to a slightly bigger town and close enough to Glasgow that its under an hour by public transport.

Wait, we already have that 😁

Fife (KDY)

Fortrose! Beautiful little village on the Black Isle, lives there for years and have never locked to house in all the years. Walk along the shore and watch dolphins… my idea of heaven on earth… but he nearest person on fab is usually 25miles away

SW Scotland

Dumfries and Galloway.

Amazing outdoor spots, beaches are spotless (apart from jellyfish in summer)

Forests everywhere.

Traffic isn’t generally too bad either

Coastal Saltcoats or ardrossan have nice beaches. Saltcoats has been nominated the cheapest seaside town to buy a flat. If also has a nice wee town centre

God's own country the Ayrshire coast, by a country mile. Stranraer to Girvan on a summer evening sunset over the Clyde approaches and Arran is breathtaking.
