Depends on which one, both gave similar results but one goes into more detail about it, the other just gives you a list ...

Your results can also vary depending on your state of mind too

I concur with others the long versions tend to be pretty accurate.

But there is always room for exploration, expansion, communication, and limits. Etc. Etc. Yada yada yada.
