Here goes , i fell head over heels in love with a working girl , got engaged and nearly had a child with her until she demanded she had a termination. she now lives in paris and she still says she loves me , my head is fucked ? help

People who're in love with each other generally don't stay in different countries. If she is making the effort to come and see you and making herself available for you to come and see her then you're fine. If there's no apparent effort on her part aside from words then it is time to move on IMO.
