Pretty much this...

The FAQs give a reasonable idea of items not allowed.

If you mention other sites or provide website details. They are a strong no no.

That and certain words can flag up to.

Usually if its s word or site it tells you and doesnt let you send message til you send it

24 hour ban comes under spamming mail sometimes if you've messaged a few women in short space of time
