The Falkirk one is really nice. I actually workout Vs pose and wear outfits . I chose pure because it's 24 hours and I rather workout when there's no teens or instathots about.

I cycle part route to work which varies between 12, 26, 34 miles round trip depending on time of year and weather.

Gym wise it’s some weights and exercises at home, occasional swim/ run etc. I find the great outdoors to be the best mental health gym available.
