Yeh, I have experienced it all. From premature ejaculation to not being able to cum and not being able to get it up. So much pressure on guys to perform well and for me I developed really bad anxiety from it all. It’s not an issue for me now but gut wrenching working your way through these sort of things. I eventually realised that without connection and attraction nothing would work for me. But it takes some time and guts to be open about it ALL. We shouldn’t be shamed for any difficulties we experience. Thankfully there are good people out there who understand and will work through it all with you.

I did some research last year into erectile dysfunction and it touched upon pre-jac.

It’s mostly in the head, there is an app called Mojo that has lots of small podcast style therapy sessions. If you sign up and claim the membership is too expensive, they offer you it at half price.

Genuinely really interesting subject and not one to be ashamed of. Takes more balls to face it and speak about it
