Depends where you’re going. Still plenty of black cabs going about.

A lot of private hires are Ubers now. If you’re in a hotel most of them will order one for you. If you’re out just order it before you’re ready to leave

I was in town Saturday night it was really busy with folk at Halloween themed nights in pubs and clubs along with football fans in town after the game the city centre was really busy

But there seemed to be plenty of black cabs for hire

I got one no problem at all with no real waiting about at central station

That's hash - Potentially a late night premium added?

I got an Edinburgh Black Cab from work to a destination less than 15 minutes away and it was just over £20.

Rather than me just saying get a night bus. How I should've worded it was. The taxis can be very hit and miss in Glasgow. I find there's time I can get a taxi from Uber or Glasgo cabs no bother, other times I can wait ages. One thing that's happened quite a few times for me is Uber drivers take the hire and then cancel on me, once it happened that many times, Uber ended up telling me they couldn't get me anything and to try later elsewhere.

If I've waited to long I'll go for the night bus as luckily that's a option.
