Fab friend/buddy passed away

My fab friend /buddy of 4 years passed away in August after being ill for some time. Now finding it a bit difficult to connect and chat again with someone else.

Has anyone else found themselves in a similar situation

Having social anxiety and being on the spectrum it's always been difficult for me to connect with folk, so know in part atleast how you feel.

It’s difficult to connect with new people and losing someone you were very close to is devastating

I’m on the spectrum and take a while to be attracted and connected properly and struggle for one off meets
