Chatting to a lovely female and she made a comment that made me think what is important to me.

Truth be told, my kids, they are grown up and doing their own thing but I only want to see them happy

What about you, what is deemed important to you?

Could be family, money, success, meeting someone, business etc.. so what is you thing or a couple of things that are important

Apart from kids as everyone with them will say the same.

For me it's living life to the full and making memories to look back on.

Life experience - if you've never been out of your own wee town or area of the city then may as well not even bother!

Keep your eyes open when driving .. if driving for any distance with them shut could prove very dangerous .. hence always keep them open .. its OK no problem ..

Don't I know it. I'm trussed up in a moon boot after rupturing my achilles tendon at the silent disco social. Who said these were safe spaces🤣

Omg Sounds a sore one. How you manage that?

I'd be the typical kids, health family, memory's (family includes the dogs).

It was so funny you said I’m just going to keep drinking so I don’t feel it getting more sore 😂😂 I wasn’t sure which would be more sore in the morning - your head or leg?? 🤪

Learning to say no.

I used to people please constantly. Takes it toll when your a yes man.

Got a new job, new career and after lots of help I gained the magic ability to say no. Honestly. It works wonders. I feel like a new person altogether.

Now I just need to go and find another person to feel.............

The realisation that health is true wealth, and learning not to give a fuck about work. You really are just a number in your workplace so don’t let yourself get stressed.

And to keep your body moving

"That I'm able to do things, go anywhere and live my life.

This, ultimately staying healthy until the end and not becoming a burden on others.

Able to help and support loved ones who are less fortunate.

I don't believe in becoming too attached to anyone or any material things. Because at the end of the day life is transient and you have leave everything eventually.
